QuorX
Describe it. It builds, tests and shows you.
Works in a folder you choose with a real shell and browser, on any OpenRouter model with the price shown first. When it is unsure it asks a quorum of small decider models. A separate reviewer plays the build and scores it. Every command is classified before it runs.
Windows first; macOS and Linux from source. There is no OS sandbox: the guards work at the command level.
